How to manipulate and analyse synthetic data in Multiple Sclerosis research
More and more, research in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) requires skills in manipulating and analysing large health care data sets. To conduct quality research and get the best out of your data, you need to make sure you are using the best tools and techniques available.
The UK MS Register team at Population Data Science at Swansea University is offering the chance to learn how to manipulate and analyse synthetic data from the MS Register using the R statistical programming environment.
R is a fantastically useful open-source analysis environment and you will be supported by a friendly community of researchers from a broad spectrum of the sciences. This workshop aims to provide you with the skills needed to use R in your own research and guidance on how to take these skills to the next level.
This workshop is ideal for health researchers, early career researchers, and those working in academia, the NHS or medical research charities, especially those with limited experience in R but eager to learn.
