Care home residents' participation in research

Do you work in a care home, or have a relative who lives in a care home?

Do you have experience of conducting research with care homes?

Research is the best way to improve the quality of care for older people living in care home but care home residents are not always offered opportunities to participate. 

Brittany Nocivelli, a PhD student from Cardiff University's School of Medicine funded by Health and Care Research Wales, is inviting care home residents, relatives, care home staff and other health and care professionals who work with care homes to take part in her study. 

Brittany would like to get your views on residents' participation in research and residents' wishes and preferences for future participation in a short interview.
