Have you ever accessed the inflammatory bowel disease services in Cardiff and Vale Health Board?

The Centre for Healthcare Evaluation, Device Assessment and Research (CEDAR), a research and evaluation department at Cardiff and Vale University's Health board, is evaluating how changes made to the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) service impacted its users.

They would like to hear from you to understand your use and experience of the IBD service to help them understand what works well and what doesn't so the service can be improved accordingly.
