Help improve passenger safety in taxis

The Welsh Government and the Centre for Digital Public Services are looking for people to take part in research to improve passenger safety in taxis in Wales.

To take part in the research, you must: 

• Have travelled in a taxi or private hire vehicle in the last 3 months 
• Live, work or travel in Wales 
• Be over 18 years old 
• Be willing to take part in a session with one of our researchers either remotely or in-person depending on your preference

The researchers would particularly like to hear from individuals with learning difficulties, hearing or visual impairments.
