Biography
Michelle McCann has worked for the NHS for almost 15 years in multiple departments across different health boards in Wales. The last eight years have been spent within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. After completing a MSc module in research and data analysis in healthcare, alongside having the opportunity to be part of several clinical trials Michelle's interest in research grew. She is currently completing a MRes in health research with the University of Stirling which will give her the skills to build a career as an independent clinical academic, working to align clinical practice and academia on what really matters to those accessing and delivering health and care services in Wales.
