
Research Seminar: The importance of unpaid carers to health and social care delivery
The upcoming seminar will explore groundbreaking research focused on supporting unpaid carers. The program includes a welcome and introduction by Professor Gill Windle, followed by thought-provoking presentations: Professor Val Morrison will discuss the importance of willingness to care, Dr. Diane Seddon will highlight the impact of short breaks for carers, and Marine Markaryan will share insights on sustaining relationships in the face of dementia.
Hosted by leading experts from the School of Health Sciences and the School of Psychology and Sports Sciences, the event is open to both in-person and online attendees.
