- Health conditions can impact the screening journey that screening participants have
- Clearer and more regular communication with screening participants could support the screening process, particularly for those with health conditions or facing time delays
- Education and awareness is needed for screening participants with health conditions
- Additional training for screening staff could help with improve screening experience for participants who have health conditions
