Professor Greg Fegan

Professor Fegan joined the Medical School at Swansea University in December 2015 after spending 25 years living outside of the UK working in Kenya, the United States and The Gambia. Previously employers include the University of Oxford’s Centre for Tropical Medicine (2009-2015), the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (2003-2009 & 1987-1990), the Louisiana Office of Public Health (1999-2003), the Demographic and Health Surveys (1990-1991) and the UK Medical Research Council’s unit based in Fajara, The Gambia (1992-1994). He has a PhD in Epidemiology from Tulane University, New Orleans and a MSc in Information Systems Engineering from Southbank Polytechnic, London.
