Application to the Welsh Clinical Leadership Fellowship now open

The Welsh Clinical Leadership Fellowship applications are now open for Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, Pharmacists/Pharmacy Technicians, Optometrists, AHPs and Healthcare Scientists for the 2025/26 cohort.

The Welsh Clinical Leadership Fellowship (WCLF) programme is a one-year opportunity, providing training and hands-on experience in clinical leadership and management. The aim of the scheme is to recruit and develop the most aspiring and compassionate clinical leaders of the future. The programme equips the Leadership Fellows with a range of knowledge, skills and experience required to be credible and influential clinical leaders in a future modern NHS.

Applications will close at midnight on 13 February 2024.
