Do you live with a progressive neurological condition or work with people who do?

A Cardiff University PhD student, Hannah Trotman, funded by Health and Care Research Wales, is looking to understand how individuals with progressive neurological conditions participate in community and leisure activities. Hannah would also like to hear from professionals to understand some of the challenges and opportunities in supporting participation.

You are eligible to take part in this survey if you:

• live in Wales
• are aged 18 or over

And you either:

• have a progressive neurological condition 
  Or
• work with individuals with a progressive neurological condition in social care/third sector organisations
