Exploring active transport in Welsh countryside

Active transport includes walking, cycling or using public transport as ways to get around. This study led by the Transport and Health Integrated research NetworK (THINK) explores the connection between exercise and active transport and how these habits can improve both personal health and the environment.

Who can take part?

  • Adults in their 40s or 50s
  • Residents of semi-rural or rural areas (defined as areas with low population density and limited transportation infrastructure)

What to expect:

  • A questionnaire that takes about 10-15 minutes to complete
  • Questions about your age, gender, exercise routines and transportation methods
