Health Data Research UK opportunity: can you give feedback on online events?

Health Data Research UK are looking to hold more online events to talk to patients and the public about health data research. The team want to ensure that these events are interesting, accessible and relevant to you. 
 
They have created a short survey to find out what times and days are most suitable for you to join their online events. They also want to understand any barriers that may prevent you from attending, so that they can shape their events to allow as many people to attend as possible. 
 
The survey should take you around 5 minutes to complete. All the questions are completely anonymous and optional.
