Share your experience of diabetic eye screening during COVID-19
Researchers from Swansea University are asking about the views and experiences of people with diabetes about the Diabetic Eye Screening Wales service before, during and after COVID-19 lockdown.
Screening for diabetic eye disease was stopped in Wales during March 2020 because of COVID-19 and re-started during September 2020. The study aims to understand the impact that stopping screening for diabetic eye disease may have had on the back of the eye (retinopathy), eyesight and/or quality of life of people with diabetes living in Wales.
To take part in this study complete the Screening Awareness during COVID-19 questionnaire.
