Take part in in the RAISE study and help improve endometriosis care
The Reporting and Identifying Symptoms of Endometriosis (RAISE) Study, led by Health and Care Research Wales Faculty funded PhD student Rachel Joseph, is currently recruiting participants to share their endometriosis journey and symptoms with her.
Her aim is to better understand how people experience, track and report the symptoms of suspected or diagnosed endometriosis, especially when speaking to their GP.
Rachel is particularly keen to hear from anyone who:
- has experienced symptoms of suspected or diagnosed endometriosis
- has used a period tracking app, health diary, or symptom reporting tool — especially the Endometriosis Cymru Symptom Reporting Tool
- is over 18 and lives in Wales
You will be asked to:
- attend a one-off interview with Rachel, either online, in person, or over the phone
- complete a short monthly online questionnaire
Your experiences could help improve future care pathways and resources for those navigating this often-misunderstood condition. If you’d like to take part, fill out an expression of interest form and Rachel will reach out to you.
Contact Rachel with any queries.
