Testing the updated Patient Reported Experience Measures questionnaire

Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) measure a patient’s experience of healthcare. They can be used to help teams in NHS Wales improve services by understanding where there is good practice and identifying areas for improvement.

The NHS Wales core PREM is used nationally and includes questions that are relevant in any setting. The team at the Centre for Healthcare Evaluation, Device Assessment and Research (CEDAR) has recently updated the questions and is looking for people to help test the updated PREMs questionnaire.

Help researchers evaluate the questions by completing this survey thinking about your last healthcare appointment, no matter how long ago it was.
