Dr Andrea Cooper from Cardiff University will present findings of her PhD thesis that examines the relationships of presence in social work practice in long-term, residential and nursing homes. The presentation will consider the actions needed and end with a brief exploration of the challenge of time to 'presence-oriented' social work practice.
