JBI Comprehensive Systematic Review

To develop, conduct and report comprehensive systematic reviews in order to provide the strongest possible evidence to inform decision making or clinical guidelines in healthcare.

This Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Comprehensive Systematic Review (CSR) Training Programme is designed to prepare researchers and clinicians to develop, conduct and report comprehensive systematic reviews of qualitative and quantitative evidence, following the JBI approach and using the JBI System for the Unified Management of the Assessment and Review of Information (SUMARI) software.

  • Module 1 (Introduction to systematic reviews): 10 June 2024 (09:30 to 16:30)
  • Module 2 (Synthesis of quantitative evidence): 11 - 14 June 2024 (09:30 to 16:30)
  • Module 3 (Synthesis of qualitative evidence): 17 - 18 June 2024 (09:30 to 17:30)

The modules will be run virtually and will involve a mixture of teaching and independent group activities. Your tutor will be on hand to answer questions if required. There will be plenty of breaks scheduled during the day as well.

This conference is being run by Cardiff University, if you have any questions, please contact the event team.
