Webinar: Research programme for social care - National Institute for Health and Care Research

Join the National Institute for Health and Care Research for an in-depth workshop on the NIHR Research Programme for Social Care (RPSC) September 2025 funding opportunity. 

This interactive session is designed for researchers, practitioners, policy makers, and community organisations who are interested in developing strong proposals that respond to the latest NIHR call. Over the course of the workshop, participants will gain a clear understanding of the aims, eligibility criteria and research priorities of the RPSC programme, including the special Highlight Notice on children’s social care.

The session will guide you through the practicalities of preparing a high-quality application, with a focus on designing research that has the potential to influence policy and practice rather than remaining solely academic. Experienced facilitators will share examples of successful projects from previous funding rounds and highlight what made them stand out. There will be dedicated time for questions and discussion, allowing participants to explore their own project ideas and receive feedback in a supportive environment.
