Take part in a survey on transitions from children’s to adults’ social care

22 April

Social Care Wales has launched a survey open from 17 April to 8 May to learn more about transitions from children’s to adults’ social care support. They want to hear from people with lived experience of transitions or people supporting the transitions in some way, either through work or as a family member or carer.

The survey is part of a research priority-setting exercise to help them understand what barriers, problems and uncertainties young people face as part of transitions from children’s to adults’ social care.

The survey will ask participants for their views on possible research questions and to identify challenges they’ve experienced or things that have gone well as part of the transition process.
