Elen de Lacy is the Public Health Research and Development Manager at Public Health Wales. Elen joined in 2020, and leads on the implementation of Public Health Wales’ Research Strategy which outlines the priorities and commitments for Public Health Wales to foster a culture that will allow for the generation of new research ideas and evidence-informed best practice. She also heads the research & development office which manages research governance for the organisation.
