When registering for the conference please be aware that if you register for a virtual place you will not be able to select a parallel session to attend - only the session that is being run in the main hall will be live-streamed.

If you plan to attend in-person please indicate your preference of parallel session - we cannot guarantee you will be allocated into your first choice session.

Spaces for in-person attendance are limited and will be offered on a first-come first-served basis - once all spaces are allocated we will offer a cancellation list for any spaces that become available in the run up to the conference. If after registering you are no longer able to attend in-person please email the conference team so we can allocate your space to someone else.
