Help improve genetic cancer testing for patients in Wales
This is your opportunity to shape a major study aiming to transform cancer testing in Wales and beyond.
QuicDNA Max is a study that will be conducted in Health Boards across Wales and will be coordinated by the Centre for Trials Research. The research focuses on using a simple blood test to detect cancer DNA and its mutations that can help doctors identify genes linked to disease, plan a targeted treatment and better monitor the disease. Initially, the study will focus on multiple cancer types, including lung cancer, prostate, bowel and cancers where the primary site is unknown.
