Biography

Mari is a pharmacist working in the All Wales Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.

Mari was awarded a Research Capacity Building Collaboration Wales (RCBC Wales) First into Research Fellowship in 2024. Her research explores the experiences of people with Cystic Fibrosis in accessing supplies of prescribed medicines. By identifying key barriers and facilitators, Mari’s research aims to inform future studies and guide the development of effective behaviour change interventions to improve medication access.

Mari’s research interests include treatment burden, behaviour change theory and access to medicines for people with a long-term health condition.
