Biography

Ellen Turrell is a Research Practitioner working in the Dementia Wellbeing Community Team under Hywel Dda University Health Board.

She has a BSc in Psychology from The University of Exeter. Following her degree, she worked in a research delivery role in the NHS in England. In 2018 she moved to South Wales and spent 5 years in a research delivery role working on oncology trials.

Ellen’s Research Training Award is funding her MSc in Clinical Research through the University of Manchester. Her research interest is dementia, including care homes research.
