Training courses
Health and Care Research Wales offers an extensive range of high-quality, needs-driven training courses across Wales to the research community. Our courses enable the individual to have a choice of either face-to-face training or elearning, with access to resources to enhance knowledge, skills and experience.
Courses are available free of charge to researchers, health and social care professionals or other research team members employed by the NHS or within a university, or those involved in the development and delivery of research studies. Members of the public registered to get involved can also access our training courses.
In person courses: these are facilitator-led courses that are delivered virtually or in person at set dates/times. To attend one of these courses you need to register on the course page. Please read the non-attendance and cancellation policy prior to registering for the course.
On demand courses: these are elearning courses which are learner led that can be completed any time that suits the learner. These courses do not generally require you to register, however if you want to have a certificate for completion of the course you will need to complete your details once you have finished the course to request one.
