Patient Powered Safety Symposium
Patient safety is key to what we teach and learn - 'Patient Powered Safety' are trying to look at patient safety from the point of view of the patient. Previous years' meetings have resulted in a dedicated report by the Bevan Commission and a special edition on patient safety from the Royal College of Physicians Future Healthcare Journal.
Researchers and patients will share their experience of complex modern healthcare. Together, attendees and speakers will explore how to spot that things are going wrong, witness amazing new technology and map-out the ethical and legal implications of increased control of healthcare by patients.
If you wish to attend in person you can do so for free by attending the lecture theatre of the Ysbyty Gwynedd.
This conference is being run by Bangor University School of Medical Sciences if you have any questions, please contact the event team.
