Health and Care Research Wales Conference 2024 – registration now open

Health and Care Research Wales is pleased to announce the date of our ninth conference on 10 October 2024 at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.
The theme this year is Research matters.
The conference provides a platform for research colleagues across the country to network, learn and exchange knowledge on life-changing health and social care research.
The day will include:
- Parallel sessions on subjects such as:
- Women’s health
- Social care
- Sustainable research practices
- Partnerships between health boards and universities
- Ted-style talks chosen from submitted abstracts
- A chance to network with colleagues from across the country
- Awards with the categories:
- Health and Social Care Impact Award
- Rising Research Star Award
- Public Involvement Award
- Innovation in Practice Award
- Exhibition – including an award for the most engaging stand
