Training

Health and Care Research Wales offers an extensive range of high-quality, needs-driven training courses across Wales to the research community. Our courses enable the individual to have a choice of either face-to-face training or elearning, with access to resources to enhance knowledge, skills and experience.

Courses are available free of charge to researchers, health and social care professionals or other research team members employed by the NHS or within a university, or those involved in the development and delivery of research studies. Members of the public registered to get involved can also access our training courses. Anyone registering for one of our training courses should review our non-attendance and cancellation policy.

All of the courses on the national delivery staff training programme have attained the quality mark for accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) standards, with the exception of some courses provided by external trainers.
